    Finishing forum preparations of "National human resources in technology transfer"
     
     
     
    Starts next Monday with the participation of government officials and strategic sectors representatives
     
      

     
     

     
    Eastern Chamber has finished the forum arrangements "National human resources in technology transfer, which begins next Monday workers on Monday, April 19, 2010 in the Chamber main building located in Dammam, under the sponsorship of His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz, Eastern Province Prince.
     
    Asharqia Chairman, Mr.Abdulrahman AlRashidemphasized that the participation of Resources Development Fund in this forum adds a real value to the forum and in particular it is a major role in the system of careers settlement.
     
     
    AlRashid invited all businessmen who are interested and HR managers to benefit from the the forum programs and which is seen in the evaluation of the relationship between the national competence and the technology.
     
     
    General Governor of Technical Training Institution, Dr. Ali bin Nasser Al-Gufais speaks through the forum (The role of national human resources in technology transfer).
     

     
    General Director of the Department of Human Resources, Mr.Ahmed Al-Mansour Al-Zamil measuring the financial needs to develop human resources to be able to support the transfer of technology.
     

    Al-Zamil participation within the third session, titled (Human Resource Development and Facilitating the technology transfer)in which Chairman of Technical and Professional Training Council in the Eastern region, Dr. Omar Sulaiman AlHumaidi is speaking about (The contribution of the education system and training centers in the development of national human resources), the session is headed the Chair and vice-chancellor King Fahd Petroleum and Minerals for the development of technical and industrial relations, Dr. Faleh bin Abdullah Al-Sulaiman,
     
     
     
    The participation of Al-Zamil within seven working papers are distributed in four sessions The first session headed by Dr. Ali bin Nasser Al-Gufais  speaks about (human resources and technology transfer .. current stage evaluation) , while the second session, titled (the importance of the relationship between the national human resources and technology transfer) headed by the Transformers Co. Chairman,Mr.Ahmed Bin Nasser Al-Suwaidan, speaks in which each of the Assistant Supervisor of Bawady AlRiyadh,Mr. Misfer al-Zahrani from ( assess the situation of Saudi human resources in the private sector).

     

     
    The fourth session, which is titled (The national human resources and technology transfer in the industrial sector) where the Industrial Training Dept. of Saudi Aramco, represented by:, Mr.Fahd Al-Mulhim, and the Credit Manager of Saudi Industrial Saudi Industrial Development Fund ,Mr.Kamal AL-Mutlaq speaks of:( the role of Saudi Industrial Development Fund in the supporting human recourses in the industrial sector), the session is headed by Mr.Nasser Al-Mudarra ,Business Development Consultant in Saudi Aramco.

     
     
     
     



     
    For his part, Head of Chamber Strategic Sectors Committee, Mr.Khalid bin Abdullah Al-Zamil said that the Forum will be capable to draw attention to the strategic issue in which the country sought to have within the Ninth Development Plan by focusing on the development of human capital, noting that this forum be is an important step which we hope to get positive results at this level
     
    AlNuaim said the that the chamber has completed all preparations for hosting this important event, noting about the scientific program and the role of the Scientific Committee in its drafting, as well as the significant response by the participants to enrich the forum.
     
    AlNuaim noted that the chamber adopts the settlement issues in all its forms as a strategic option in their work due to the positive impact on the national economy managed as an integrated system and from its role in the development of national business sector.
